I started this pincushion while vacationing with the kids and grandkids at Surfside beach this last weekend. Jocelyn and Sean wanted to sew too so they got some fabric to “sew” too! Hope to finish it today.

My supervisor
Bella likes to hangout with me while I'm in my quilting room. She uses this folded old store bought quilt.
Longarm quilting pincushion
I made this pincushion to use while loading a quilt onto the longarm. It isn't finished, but it will go around my wrist.

Sean's Bird quilt
When I am sewing Sean is always asking me to make him a quilt. So the first quilt I have quilted on the longarm this year is for his 5th birthday at the end of May.

Longarm
Working on the second quilt of this trip to the farm. The tension is finally good but the thread broke again. This is really frustrating, is it the needle, my speed, or some other problem. I hate to say it but I am sorry I bought this machine. Other longarm quilters don't seem to have this problem. And of course they, both the manufacturer (TinLizzie) and the sales people, have gone out of business. Well, here are a couple of photos.
